Will you accept a mould I have done myself from home with a take-home kit?
We do not accept any dental impressions that have been created via take-home kits. These kits may produce inaccurate impressions (especially of gum lines) and will hinder the results of the piece, resulting in grills that do not fit well. Please take the time to get your dental impression professionally done by your dentist or book an appointment with Clés & Co. and we can create your impression free of charge.

How do you know which teeth I want for my grillz?
After your processing your order, one of our team members will be in touch via phone and/or email to confirm your teeth options.

What materials are your items made with?
All our pieces are made from pristine solid gold. We do not use old or scrap gold. We do not offer any silver or gold-plated pieces.

Where are your items made?
With a range of different types of products we ensure our production for each piece is crafted by the best in the industry. Our pendant, ring and earring collections are all produced in Australia. As for our Grillz collection, they are made by specialists from Los Angeles and Toronto. Our chain range is hand made in Australia or imported from Italy.

Are your diamonds and gemstones genuine and ethically sourced?
We are deeply committed to selling only genuine and certified diamonds and gemstones. We do not to deal with or purchase from any source that deals in conflict diamonds or any unethical practices. We strictly do not deal with any diamond substitutes or synthetic stones.

How will I know how a product will fit or look on me?
We have specified for you our product dimensions, these can be found on each individual product page. The dimensions will specify height and lengths to give you a clear guide on the sizing and lengths of our products. To see our chain sizing guide, please click here.

I have damaged my item. Do you offer repairs?
In any case that you damage your item we can always try our best to assist to restore and bring it back to its original condition. Please get in touch with one of customer support members by calling or emailing to initiate this process. You will be required to send your item or drop off at our showroom for further assessment and for us to quote you the cost of repair.

Do you offer a cleaning service?
Yes at Clés & Co we offer complimentary cleaning services on all our products. You will be required to organise postage or book an appointment to drop off at our showroom. Please contact our customer service team via phone or email to organise your clean.

Can I return an item?
We offer a risk free retail environment, so rest assured, buy with confidence and you can always return it for a full refund within 30 days based on our Return and Exchange Policy.

Do you take phone orders?
