Returns and Exchange Policy

At Clés & Co., we're more than just your jeweller—we're your partner in expressing your unique style. We're committed to crafting quality pieces that you'll love. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange any non-customised item within 30 days of receiving it. We aim to process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned item, subject to inspection. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to transfer the funds back into your account.

Refund Process
Refunds will be issued using the same method as your original payment.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, saleable condition and accompanied by their original gift boxes and velvet pouches. They should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Exclusions
Please note that customised jewellery, grills, and engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping
We recommend insuring your return shipment as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost goods. We will refund the postage amount inclusive.
