We stand by the quality of our product and your satisfaction is of upmost importance. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase on any non-customised item, you may return your item within 90 days based on our Return and Exchange Policy.

  • Returns or exchanges are permitted within 90 days from when you receive the item/s.
  • Your refund will be processed 10 business days of being received, subject to inspection. Your financial institution may take additional time to transfer funds back into your account.
  • Refunds made to the same method of customer purchase.
  • Returned jewellery needs to be in its original saleable condition, accompanied with gift boxes and velvet pouches, and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Returns or exchanges not allowed on customised jewellery, grills, and engraved items.
  • We require that returned items are insured during delivery. We will refund the postage amount inclusive. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost goods during return shipping.
