Our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty ensures that your jewelry is crafted to the highest standards. If any craftsmanship defect is discovered at the time of purchase, we will repair it at no cost. Additionally, this warranty provides:

• Coverage of defects in craftsmanship or materials identified at the time of purchase.

Exclusions:

• Loss or theft of the jewelry piece.

1-Year Materials Warranty
In addition to our craftsmanship warranty, we offer a 1-Year Warranty on materials, ensuring:

• Coverage of defects in the materials used, including gold purity and strength, within one year from the date of purchase.
• Repair or replacement of materials found to be defective under normal use.

Exclusions:

• Normal wear and tear or the natural aging of materials (e.g., scratches, tarnishing).
• Damage from accidents, misuse, or alterations not performed by Clés & Co.
• Loss of gemstones or decorative elements due to negligence.

General Exclusions for Both Warranties:

• Any modifications, repairs, or alterations not executed by Clés & Co.
• Damage from external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions beyond reasonable control.
